Documents Required

The following documents are required from the applicant before a License can be issued. As indicated, they have to be Notarized & Attested by UAE Embassy or Consulate or any Arabic Embassy if necessary. (Some of the documents can be Notarized in DMC.)
  1. Certificate of Registration of the company (Attested & Notarized) OR Original Certification of good standing of the company(Attested & Notarized)
  2. Memorandum and Articles of Association (Attested & Notarized) of The company.
  3. A company’s Board Resolution calling for establishment of a branch in DMC and guaranteeing full financial commitment. (Attested & Notarized)*
  4. a) Appointment of Negotiator or Legal Representative (Notarized)*
    b) Power of Attorney (Notarized)*
    c) Specimen of his signature.(Notarized)*
    d) Passport Copy.(Copy)
  5. a) Appointment of Manager or Representative(Notarized)*
    b) Specimen of his signature(Notarized)*
    c) Passport Copy.(Copy)
  6. The Board Resolution should include the following:
    - Name of Owner /Partners/Shareholders
    - % Ownership
    - Nationality
    - Address

    - Name of Director/ Senior Officer
    - % Ownership
    - Nationality
    - Address
